WORK-BASE LEARNING INITIATIVE.
Program launches August 2021.
Our collaborators combine academic and workforce preparedness curriculum with technical training to prepare students for internships and valuable hands-on experience. Together we provide students an opportunity to connect with leading employers in our community. Furthermore, we provide our workplace partners with an opportunity to shape the future of their workforce.

Workplaces interested in serving as a host site for students are invited to join our waiting list. We will begin pairing students with work-base learning opportunities in August 2021.

High school seniors interested in participating are invited to join our waiting list. We will work with your school to begin pairing students with work-base learning opportunities in August 2021.
EXPERIENCE WORKBASED
workbasED is an intentional collaboration between industry, schools, nonprofits, government, and economic development agencies. Our mission is to create a predictable talent pipeline for the most rapidly evolving industries. We deliver on our mission by providing a real world work experience to high school seniors, including compensation and mentorship, all designed to help participating students transition from high school to career. The best part, our technology easily facilities an end-to-end experience for students and workplaces.

We are currently partnering with Huntsville City Schools, Madison County Schools, and Madison City Schools. And, we're always looking for more education partners to join us.

We are looking for innovative workplaces who are passionate about shaping the future of our workforce by offering paid work base learning programs to high school students.
